At Win Track, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel your enrollment. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling course enrollments. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses. By enrolling, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
To cancel your enrollment, you must submit a written request to our administrative office via email or in person. The request should include your name, course details, and the reason for the cancellation.
If a cancellation request is made more than seven days before the course start date, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable processing fees.
If a cancellation request is made less than seven days before the course start date, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of Win Track Computer Institute. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on administrative costs incurred.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course has commenced. This policy also applies to missed classes, early withdrawal, or failure to attend the course.
If Win Track Computer Institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in a future course. Students will be notified promptly of any such cancellations.
In the event of significant changes to course content, schedules, or instructors, students will be given the option to accept the changes or request a full refund.
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our administrative office, either via email or in person. The request should include your name, course details, and the reason for the refund.
Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. For cash payments, refunds will be issued by check or bank transfer.
In cases of medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, cancellation and refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support the request.
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a different course or a future session. Transfer requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Certain administrative and processing fees may be non-refundable. These fees will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment.
Fees for materials, supplies, and textbooks are non-refundable once they have been issued or used.
